BOOKING DETAILS

All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.

The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us in writing.

A deposit of £188.00 GBP or $300 USD per week of rental must be paid on completion of the booking form.

The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure. A returnable security deposit of $300 USD or £188.00 GBP will be taken at the time of paying the balance due. This is refundable unless damages or breakages occur during your stay. The security deposit will be returned approximately seven days after vacation of the villa.

The main name in the party must be over 21 years of age.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event that you cancel your booking for whatever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:

LIABILITY
Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you or your property or for any expenses however incurred.

We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance.

CHECK IN - CHECK OUT POLICY

Check in & out times are a very common issue with most guests usually related to flight times, in order to avoid any confrontation or any misunderstanding on this important issue we have implemented a clear cut policy.

Check out time is strictly 10:00am on the day of departure and check in time is strictly 4:00pm on the day of arrival, unfortunately these times are not negotiable & is implemented in order to allow time for the property to be professionally cleaned & inspected before allowing the next guest access to the villa.

As rental costs & bookings are taken on a per night basis than the only solution to this issue for late exit or early check in is for the guest to book an extra night either at the end or start of the holiday in order to allow you to arrive & leave at your leisure...
